The coaching process helps clients work through fear and overwhelm and explore out of the box ideas that don’t typically fit in to the conventional health care model, in order to find lasting health. Your body is unique and your results will be as well. If you are looking for a “quick fix” and you don't plan on assessing habits and practices that may be harmful, health coaching may not be for you. I can help you find your triggers and co-create a lifestyle plan that will help you feel better but only if you’re committed to the coaching and change process and are willing to show up and do the work required. My clients work hard to make lasting changes and often report they feel better than they have in decades, but they work hard to achieve these results.
